Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may require bank account or wallet details.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted unless the error was caused by Nova Shades

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
